Seeking Maintenance Personnel Responsibilities: * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Electronic recording of faults and performed maintenance activities * Maintain updated spare parts inventory * Maintenance of CNC equipment (plasma cutting machines) * Keep the maintenance area orderly and clean Requirements: Availability to rotate shifts No transportation issues to reach the company Mandatory requirement: experience with overhead cranes Residence must be in Querétaro Maximum Education Level: High School Diploma We Offer: Gross Salary: $13,000 to $22,000 monthly gross, based on experience 10% savings fund Statutory benefits Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements 75% vacation bonus 15 days of Christmas bonus 12 days for first year of service 100% social security coverage School supplies support for employees with children in school Funeral assistance Four rotating shifts every 15 days 1\- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM) 2\- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Saturday: 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM) 3\- 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday) 4\- Mixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday: 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Sunday premium pay applies) Day off: Monday Shift rotation occurs every 15 days Teamwork capability and effective communication skills are essential.
