Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced offset press operator to operate and maintain offset presses, ensure print quality, and manage materials in a production environment. Key Highlights: 1. Expert operation of Heidelberg and Komori offset presses. 2. Basic preventive maintenance of printing equipment. 3. Quality control and material management in production. We are a company with 35 years of experience in the offset printing industry, specializing in high-precision packaging production. We seek an experienced offset press operator to join our production team in Guadalajara. What We Are Looking For: * Operate single- and double-head offset presses (Heidelberg SORMZ) * Operate five-unit offset presses (Heidelberg Speedmaster) * Operate Komori Sprint offset presses * Operate cutting guillotines for printing material preparation and trimming * Perform registration, color, and print adjustments to ensure product quality * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment * Monitor and report material consumption (inks, varnishes, substrates) * Meet established quality standards and production deadlines * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safety-compliant workplace If not all requirements are met, candidate aptitudes will be evaluated. We provide work equipment free of charge. Working hours: 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime work outside these hours, if required, is compensated as overtime.
