Candidate Profile **Education** * Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Experience in **regulatory compliance, industrial safety, or regulatory adherence**. * Preferred experience in the **energy sector, hydrocarbons, or service stations**. **Knowledge** * Regulations on **industrial safety and environmental protection**. * Management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). * Applicable labor and environmental legislation. * Document management and compliance control. * Operational risk analysis. * **Must handle Standard (travels to various departments and conducts site visits across different business locations in CDMX-HIDALGO-QUERÉTARO)** Main Responsibilities **Supervise compliance with regulations applicable to the hydrocarbons sector**. **THIS POSITION IS BASED IN QUERÉTARO ON-SITE (IDEAL FOR CANDIDATES PLANNING TO RELOCATE TO QRO)** * Implement and monitor the **Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management System (SASISOPA)**. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to regulatory compliance. * Manage procedures and requirements before regulatory authorities. * Develop and update **procedures, internal policies, and regulatory controls**. * Identify operational risks and develop **risk mitigation plans and continuous improvement initiatives**. * Coordinate staff training on safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance. * Follow up on **findings from audits or inspections conducted by authorities**. * Prepare regulatory compliance reports and track performance indicators.
