Implementation of security protocols and emergency response **Security Guard** **Job Description:** The Security Guard is responsible for safeguarding the safety and integrity of assigned personnel, facilities, property, and assets by strictly adhering to established security protocols. Their primary function is to prevent risks, detect incidents, and respond promptly to situations that may compromise security, maintaining professional, ethical, and disciplined conduct at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor and patrol assigned facilities to prevent illegal activities, damage, or unauthorized access. * Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and vendors in accordance with established procedures. * Conduct periodic patrols and preventive inspections within the assigned area. * Identify, report, and document any irregularities, incidents, or risk conditions. * Implement security and emergency response protocols (evacuations, first aid, alarms, etc.). * Prepare daily reports and incident logs during their shift. * Collaborate with authorities and internal teams as needed. * Comply with internal security policies, codes of conduct, and confidentiality rules. ##### **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). * Prior experience in security, surveillance, or similar roles is desirable. * Completion of courses or certifications in private security is desirable. * Observational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to respond effectively to risk or emergency situations. * Effective communication and professional demeanor. * Discipline, responsibility, and strong work ethics. ##### **What’s in it for You?** * Attractive compensation package * Flexible options (schedule) * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options, and many more benefits * Gender pay equity **Autoliv** takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
