Job Summary: Grupo Fortec is seeking an organized and responsible Transportation Monitor to track delivery units and manage incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor delivery units and track routes and incidents. 2. Maintain communication with drivers and traffic manager. 3. Manage travel allowances and petty cash for the Logistics department. **Grupo Fortec is hiring a Transportation Monitor** At Grupo Fortec, we are looking for an organized, responsible individual with experience in logistics or transportation to monitor our delivery units during their delivery routes. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor delivery units using tracking platforms **ENCONTRACK and SITRACK**. * Track location, route progress, delivery times, and incidents during transit. * Record information in delivery logs, order logs, and incident logs. * Maintain communication with unit drivers and traffic manager. * Support drivers with clear information regarding destinations and delivery routes. * Manage and track travel allowance documentation. * Maintain control of the Logistics department’s petty cash. **Requirements** * Education: Completed technical high school diploma. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or working with unit drivers. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Database management skills. * Ability to record information clearly and systematically. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude, effective communication, and consistent follow-up. **Schedule**: Rotating shift role: **First shift:** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Second shift:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
