Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our security systems. **Responsibilities:** * CCTV monitoring * GPS monitoring * Analytical capability * Office skills (Intermediate Excel) * Real-time monitoring of delivery routes and units. * Tracking of operational incidents (delays, deviations, stopped units). * Recording and analysis of events in internal systems. * Communication with operators to verify route status. * Generation of incident reports and delivery follow-up reports. * Identification of operational anomalies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in CCTV system monitoring. * Knowledge of video surveillance management software. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Completed high school or incomplete university degree * Salary range: MXN 11,000–12,000, commensurate with experience * Photo mandatory in CV **Benefits:** * We offer a competitive salary and additional benefits. * You will enjoy a collaborative and continuously learning work environment. * Opportunity for professional development within the company.
