Job Summary: Supervise, monitor, and report in real time operational and security activities via CCTV, ensuring timely detection of incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuously monitor CCTV cameras to identify anomalies or risks. 2. Support internal investigations by reviewing recordings. 3. Maintain constant communication with operations and/or security. **CCTV Monitor** **Job Objective:** Supervise, monitor, and report in real time operational and security activities through video surveillance systems (CCTV), ensuring timely detection of incidents and compliance with established protocols. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor **CCTV** cameras to identify any anomalies or risk situations. * Detect, record, and follow up on operational and security incidents. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on detected incidents. * Immediately notify relevant departments of any significant events. * Safeguard visual evidence (videos and images) of important events. * Verify proper operation of the video surveillance system and report technical failures. * Track routes, vehicles, or personnel (if mobile monitoring applies). * Support internal investigations by reviewing recordings. * Maintain constant communication with operations and/or security. * Conduct on-site inspections when necessary (if required by the position). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar role. * Knowledge of video surveillance systems (**CCTV**) operation. * Experience preparing incident reports. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). * **Ability to drive standard and/or automatic vehicles.** * **Valid driver’s license.** **Competencies:** * Observation and attention to detail * Responsibility and reliability * Timely response to risk situations * Effective communication * Working under pressure Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Work Location: On-site
