Job Summary: Support administrative operations and the quality, safety, and environmental management system, ensuring compliance with standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement and improve the Quality Management System (ISO) 2. Reduce incidents through corrective and preventive actions 3. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement **Opportunity:** Join Ecodeli as Metropolitan Area Quality Coordinator. Provide operational and administrative support for quality, safety, and environmental management system activities. Collaborate in cleaning process inspections, evidence collection, report preparation, and follow-up of corrective actions, ensuring service compliance with Ecodeli standards and customer satisfaction. * Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards and/or contractual requirements. * Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene protocols across operations. * Reduce incidents and non-conformities through corrective and preventive actions. * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate service quality. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement at all organizational levels. * Ensure regulatory compliance (NOM, ISO, RPBI, internal and external regulations). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in quality or process management roles. * Knowledge of quality standards and regulations. * Ability to analyze data and generate clear reports. * Effective coordination and collaboration skills. **Benefits:** * You will enjoy a dynamic and committed work environment. * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in administrative, chemical, environmental, or related fields.
