Application of Material Handling Engineering to solve material distribution and material flow issues, applicable to T/C/F (Trim, Chassis and Final Line) Tent and BIW areas. 2\. Implementation of Kanban material supply systems in their various forms, small container supply method, large container supply method, and parts supplied by sequence. 3\. Planning, fabrication and installation of material handling facilities such as unloading docks, replenishment tables, sequence carts, replenishment platforms, conveyors. 4\. Implementation of lean manufacturing concepts in material handling operations (WCM). 5\. Application of packaging engineering in the development of racks and returnable containers during pre-concept, prototype, testing and production processes. 6\. Application of packaging engineering in the development of disposable backup containers during pre-concept, prototype, testing and approval processes. Approval of unit load device (ULDS) data sheets. 7\. Optimization of material handling resources, replenishment routes, mobile equipment, warehouses, transportation, personnel, etc. 8\. Control, monitoring and improvement of the return process of returnable containers through the container management system (CMS) in order to eliminate costs due to excess transportation and disposable packaging affecting the cost indicator performance (clause 092\). 9\. Development of all capital plan projects affecting material handling operations such as rental of mobile equipment, unloading ramps, etc. 10\. Active participation in meetings and workshops related to new product projects coordinated by AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and the Assembly General Coordinator. 11\.
