Position Objective: We are looking for someone who will become our national opportunity radar. Their mission will be to identify strategic projects, map decision-makers, analyze public budgets, detect government procurement trends, and support the senior sales team in opening doors and closing high-value opportunities. This role will be critical to anticipating market shifts and strengthening our national sales pipeline. Responsibilities: \- Monitor Compras MX, state procurement platforms, transparency portals, and public tender announcements daily. \- Analyze state, municipal, and federal expenditure budgets to identify opportunities. \- Identify municipalities and government agencies with potential investment in mobility, traffic signalization, ITS, video detection, road safety, and urban infrastructure. \- Research public procurement history: current suppliers, purchase frequency, amounts, and technologies used. \- Develop decision-maker maps: mayors, secretaries, directors, public procurement officers, public works departments, C4/C5 centers, and other key stakeholders. \- Generate executive opportunity dossiers per project. \- Coordinate executive prospecting: calls, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and commercial outreach for Senior Sales. \- Provide competitive intelligence: competitors, awarded contracts, political developments, and market trends. \- Maintain and update the sales CRM. \- Produce weekly strategic opportunity reports for Management.
