Job Summary: The Manufacturing Supervisor will coordinate operations to ensure adherence to the production plan, quality standards, safety, and operational efficiency, promoting continuous improvement. Supervision of operational staff and team development Description and details of responsibilities **Job Objective.** The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with the production plan, quality standards, safety, and operational efficiency, promoting continuous improvement in processes. **Main Responsibilities.** * Supervise operational staff and ensure execution of the daily production plan. * Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, scrap, downtime). * Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO / IATF, as applicable). * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics departments. * Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Train and develop assigned personnel. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Prepare production and team performance reports. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or related field. * 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Experience managing unionized and/or operational staff. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean tools. * Experience in process control and KPI analysis. * Intermediate-to-advanced ERP and Excel skills. * Intermediate English (desirable in international companies).
