Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Responsibilities:\*\* * Plan, organize, and direct decoration production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules. * Supervise assigned personnel, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with quality standards for all decorated products by implementing and maintaining effective quality controls. * Optimize decoration manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. * Coordinate with other departments (production, maintenance, quality control) to ensure continuous and efficient workflow. * Manage inventory of materials and supplies required for the decoration area. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations within the area of responsibility. * Generate production reports, performance metrics, and cost analyses. * Identify and propose improvements to decoration equipment and technologies.
