About the Role: **What You Need:** * Proficiency in and application of GMP, HACCP, GHP, Chemical Control, Food Defense * Food safety concepts for the food industry. * Maintenance across various areas (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) and quality circles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that all facilities operate in accordance with operational requirements. * Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to develop the annual maintenance budget for infrastructure, production equipment, and company units. * Develop and implement the preventive maintenance program for infrastructure, production equipment, company units, and various company locations. * Prioritize and follow up on corrective maintenance activities required across various company locations, including maintenance assigned to external vendors. * Generate and document maintenance work orders, as well as records of completed maintenance activities. * Process requisitions for spare parts, tools, and vendor-performed maintenance services. * Design and/or obtain quotations for devices, tooling, and improvements to production equipment. * Participate in facility inspection rounds to identify potential failures and incorporate them into the maintenance plan. * Maintain clean work areas after completing maintenance tasks. * Comply with established safety and food safety regulations. * Track reports of infrastructure and equipment malfunctions for repair. * Manage and update Ferbera’s facility maintenance program. * Clean water tanks and rooftop water tanks. **We Offer:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits Competitive salary Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On the road
