Focus on industrial safety We are looking for a committed, responsible, and passionate **Rigger Signalman and Load Securing Operator** who wishes to join a team focused on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence. **Job Description:** The candidate will be responsible for safely executing lifting operations, providing proper signals to the crane operator, and correctly securing loads using rigging techniques, in compliance with industrial safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform lifting operations following safe procedures. * Accurately signal the crane operator. * Secure loads using slings, shackles, and other lifting accessories. * Verify safety conditions before, during, and after each operation. * Identify hazards and implement preventive measures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and supervisor instructions. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in lifting operations and signaling. * Knowledge of load securing techniques. * Responsible, proactive, and committed attitude. * Focus on industrial safety. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Valid DC\-3 license. * Knowledge of STPS regulations: NOM\-031\-STPS\-2011 and NOM\-009\-STPS\-2011 **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$20,000 MXN** * Biweekly payment * Job stability * Positive work environment If you have relevant experience and are passionate about safe lifting operations, we are looking for you!
