




Job Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and organize staff to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant, keeping machinery in optimal condition and avoiding unplanned stoppages. Key Highlights: 1. Troubleshoot machinery failures. 2. Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, refrigeration, and motors. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance on various components. **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Supervise, coordinate, and organize personnel under supervision to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant, maintaining machinery and equipment in optimal working condition and avoiding unnecessary production stoppages; operational capability to perform maintenance tasks is required. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Resolve machinery breakdowns. * Comply with company-established safety rules and procedures. * Report and track equipment and machinery failures to prevent production stoppages. * Continuously collaborate on other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Knowledge of plumbing and masonry. * Knowledge of refrigeration. * Knowledge of motors (110–220 V). * Preventive and corrective maintenance on shafts, bushings, sprockets, pulleys, bearings, and machinery. **MOST IMPORTANT JOB CHALLENGES**: Resolve technical issues occurring in the plant within the shortest possible time to maintain orderly production. **JOB PROFILE**: Required Age Range: 20–30 years Maintenance Technician or related specialization Areas of experience and required years: 1 year in general maintenance, electromechanics, 110/220 V electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, and floor mechanics.
