Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician with expertise in electrical work, plumbing, and painting to ensure the proper operation and enhancement of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform electrical, plumbing, and painting maintenance 2. Identify and resolve technical issues in real time 3. Participate in facility improvement and renovation projects **Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and fault diagnosis. * Carry out plumbing tasks such as repairing and maintaining pipes, valves, drainage systems, and other plumbing components. * Conduct interior and exterior painting work, ensuring high-quality finishes. * Identify and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize operational disruptions. * Participate in the planning and execution of facility improvement and renovation projects. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report any incidents to the supervisor. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. * Remain open to training in new areas and adopt new technologies and techniques that enhance maintenance quality. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of hand and power tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Capacity to adapt to new tasks and acquire new skills according to company needs. * Desire to gain new knowledge and continuously improve in the role. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
