IMPORTANT GRAPHIC ARTS COMPANY SEEKING YOUR TALENT Maintenance Technician JOB MISSION: Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal operating condition by implementing the preventive, corrective, predictive, and autonomous maintenance program. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Technician MAXIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1\.\- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures to ensure efficient equipment operation. 2\.\- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production machines (printing and finishing). 3\.\- Prepare maintenance logs. 4\.\- Monitor safety conditions of production equipment (printing and finishing). 5\.\- Keep the Maintenance Supervisor informed about machinery status. 6\.\- Replace machine parts and components. 7\.\- Close work orders in the system with supporting evidence. 8\.\- Conduct machinery audits to reinforce reliability. 9\.\- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts. 10\.\- Propose machinery improvements to reduce costs and eliminate downtime. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of maintenance for printing machinery and equipment (flatbed presses (Manroland, KBA), flexographic presses (OMET)) and finishing equipment (die-cutters, guillotine cutters, folder-gluer machines, staplers, laminators). * Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic instructions. * Knowledge of administrative aspects of maintenance, including proper completion of forms and audits. * Analytical thinking to resolve machinery issues and prevent recurrence. * Knowledge of electronics, PLCs, circuit boards, and electronic circuits (preferred).
