Our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and human talent development has established us as a national market benchmark. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2–5 years performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. \* Demonstrable experience with CNC machinery (lathes, milling machines, machining centers).\* Operation and adjustment of hydraulic bending machines, shears, laser or plasma cutters. \* Experience maintaining welding equipment (MIG, TIG, SMAW). \* Background in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures.\* Experience in specialized maintenance of Electrostatic Painting equipment (booths, spray guns, curing ovens). \* Experience interpreting maintenance plans, logbooks, and work orders. \* Prior work experience in manufacturing, metal-mechanical, or machining environments. * Knowledge: CTMI – Industrial Maintenance Technician Certification: Validates competencies in mechanics, electricity, safety, and diagnostics.\* Industrial safety: DC\-3 certification in: \- Work at heights \- Confined spaces \- Electrical energy \- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) \- Cutting and sparking / welding\* CNC Maintenance Certification * Full-time availability and willingness to rotate shifts **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute **scheduled preventive maintenance** (lubrication, adjustments, calibration) on CNC machinery, bending machines, laser/plasma cutters, and welding equipment. * Perform **immediate diagnosis and repair of breakdowns** (corrective maintenance) on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery. * Carry out **specialized maintenance** of Electrostatic Painting equipment (booths, spray guns, curing ovens). * **Inspect and calibrate** equipment and machinery routinely to ensure precision in cutting and machining processes. * **Document failures and repairs**, maintaining an organized inventory of critical spare parts. * Apply and ensure **strict compliance with industrial safety standards** and risk management practices in the workshop. * Conduct **structured tracking of performance indicators (KPIs)** and ensure achievement of strategic goals. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability in production processes. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to changes in materials and specifications. * Commitment to industrial safety and proper use of PPE. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms * Excellent working environment * Transportation **Advance your talent and grow with us.
