




Maintenance supervisor with expertise in harnesses, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. · Coordinate technical staff in executing scheduled and emergency maintenance activities. · Supervise maintenance of key equipment such as: presses, cable cutters, terminal applicators, testing equipment, and assembly machines. · Verify that maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and standards. · Ensure proper operation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. · Track and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. · Monitor OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and downtime indicators. · Generate maintenance reports and analyze recurring failures to propose corrective actions. · Participate in planning technical shutdowns and validating maintenance activities. · Supervise appropriate use of spare parts and tools. · Review material requisitions and ensure availability of critical spare parts. · Train and evaluate technical staff on safety procedures and new technologies. · Verify that all maintenance activities comply with electrical, mechanical, and working-at-heights or confined-space safety regulations. · Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs. · Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
