Ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance plan **GRUPO BESCO SA DE CV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Centro \- Tepic, Nayarit** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Academic Qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering, Higher Technical Degree in Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in general preventive and corrective maintenance At least 1 to 2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles. Technical Knowledge: HVAC systems: Split, mini-split, VRF/VRV, chillers, rooftop units, fan coils, etc. Basic and industrial electricity. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical failures. Reading of electrical and mechanical blueprints. Use of measurement and diagnostic tools (manometers, multimeters, digital thermometers, etc.). Occupational and environmental safety standards (use of PPE, waste handling, ISO standards, etc.). Knowledge of general maintenance in HYDROSANITARY systems, PAINTING, DRYWALL, ELECTRICITY Leadership and team management. Maintenance planning and organization (preventive, corrective, and predictive). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer orientation and commitment to KPIs. Intermediate proficiency in software (Excel, Word, etc.). Main Responsibilities: Supervise technical personnel assigned to HVAC, hydrosanitary, electromechanical, and general maintenance Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan. Coordinate corrective interventions and emergencies. Control the use of materials, tools, and spare parts. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare technical reports and management reports. Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors when necessary.
