




Job Summary: Preventive and corrective maintenance of rooms and areas, ensuring proper equipment operation and water quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. General hotel maintenance 2. Coordination of maintenance with other departments 3. Ensuring proper equipment operation and water quality ***FUNCTIONS*** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel rooms and areas. * Ensure that pH, chlorine, and water hardness levels are appropriate. * Measure pH and chlorine parameters of the swimming pool. * Verify daily that equipment operates correctly and safely. * Coordinate with various departments to take equipment out of service for maintenance when necessary. * Ensure emergency power plants function properly. * Balance lighting and power circuits according to plans and load diagrams. * Respond to urgent reports. * Perform daily swimming pool cleaning. ***MUST-HAVE.*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position at chain hotels.
