A company dedicated to cookie production is seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to lead the team responsible for guaranteeing the proper operation of plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance department activities. * Manage **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** of machinery and equipment. * Diagnose failures and coordinate timely repairs to avoid production downtime. * Administer department resources, spare parts, and budget. * Ensure compliance with food industry **safety, food safety, and quality** standards. * Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, etc.). * Coordinate work with external suppliers and contractors. * Lead and develop the technical team. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or related engineering degree. * Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as maintenance manager, supervisor, or coordinator. * Knowledge of food industry machinery (ovens, mixers, packaging machines, conveyor belts, etc.). * Experience managing maintenance programs. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, etc. * Personnel management experience. * Flexible schedule availability (shift work, weekends, and holidays) **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Product discounts * Job stability * Opportunities for career development within the company **Location:** Tochtli Street 342, San Antonio Neighborhood, Azcapotzalco, CDMX.
