




Position Summary: Hotel Domun is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare pasta, broths, meats, and à la carte dishes, including breakfast menu (minuta) and banquet service, in accordance with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in pasta preparation, broth preparation, and meat cutting 2. Experience managing the breakfast menu (minuta) and main menu, including banquets 3. Preparation of dressings and dish presentation following established standards Hotel Domun requires a Cook with experience in: \* Pasta, broth, meat cutting, and à la carte dish preparation, etc. \* Essential experience in breakfast menu (minuta) and main menu management \* Banquets \* Dressing preparation and dish presentation using the most appropriate techniques, in compliance with company standards. \* Experience in both cold and hot kitchen sections \* Organizing and stocking stations with all required ingredients \* Preparing food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables and meat or preparing sauces) \* Cooking menu items in coordination with other kitchen staff \* Responding to, reporting to, and following instructions from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef \* Cleaning the workstation and handling leftover food \* Properly storing inventory \* Ensuring food is served simultaneously, promptly, and of high quality \* Complying with nutritional, hygiene, and safety regulations and standards Requirements * Minimum education: Primary education * 2 years of experience * Age: between 18 and 55 years old Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
