Job Summary: Grupo Cantera is seeking a Line Cook A to prepare food, perform mise en place, and maintain hygiene standards in a food service environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation according to chef's recipes and specifications. 2. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. 3. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. **Grupo Cantera**, a Mexican company dedicated to providing food and beverage services in school, residential, and event settings, is seeking the following position: **LINE COOK A** Requirements: Experience: \+2 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Prepare food according to standardized recipes and specifications provided by the chef or kitchen manager. * Perform mise en place and necessary pre-service preparations. * Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized. * Follow hygiene and food safety standards throughout the entire process. * Assist in training helpers or new staff when requested. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
