Support new product development and continuous process improvement, ensuring result integrity and laboratory safety. **Key responsibilities** Perform physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Record and report test results in internal systems. Support validation and development of new products and processes. Maintain laboratory equipment in good working order, cleanliness, and organization. Comply with safety, hygiene, and good laboratory practice standards. Participate in internal and external audits. Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, R&D) to resolve technical issues. Manage inventories of reagents, materials, and equipment. **Qualifications and skills** Swab sampling from processing equipment, tools, and facilities. Sampling from production lines for microbiological testing. Shipping samples to third-party laboratories. Reporting of samples and results. Release of cleaning activities for production areas and dispensing rooms. Monitoring and validation of CCP operation.
