We are seeking a **Cisco Security Specialist** to strengthen our team and elevate our security operations to the next level. **Responsibilities:** * Administration and management of FMC/FTD/FW and ISE TACACS consoles * Documentation of incident reports and service requests for FMC/FTD/FW and ISE TACACS * Support in developing process documentation, manuals, and work guides for departmental use * Support in change control, patching, and updating equipment related to FMC/FTD/FW and ISE TACACS management * Ensure SLA compliance based on industry best practices * Escalation, tracking, and resolution of cases with the vendor * Vulnerability management and analysis of infrastructure * Support in obtaining documentation to validate proper operational procedures during audit requests * Support in remediation plans derived from identified vulnerabilities * Registration, control, and execution of RFCs to maintain infrastructure at the latest versions recommended by the vendor * **Integration with security solutions such as Cisco ISE.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and resolving security-related tickets for FMC/FTD/FW and ISE TACACS** * Professional knowledge and certification in Security (Firewall) * Knowledge and/or certification in VPN, TACACS, ISE * Intermediate-to-advanced technical English. **Certifications:** * CCNA Security / CCNP Security. * Cisco Firepower Specialist. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies. * Continuous professional development and access to certifications. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Competitive compensation package. **Apply now** If you seek a challenge that enables professional growth and wish to join a team dedicated to protecting the organization’s most valuable assets — **its information and its people** — this position is for you.
