We Offer \+ Weekly salary of $2,205.28, paid via BBVA \+ Daily tips Monday through Thursday; tips for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are paid on Mondays \+ Statutory benefits \+ Starting from the 1st month: $600 monthly food vouchers Responsibilities: * Preparation of stews, sauces, and traditional Mexican dishes in large quantities. * Proper handling of ingredients and portion control. * Supervision of cooking processes and food quality. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and proper presentation. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Mexican cuisine or bulk food preparation. * Knowledge of traditional Mexican cooking techniques. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude. This kitchen position is located at Salón Tenampa, situated in Plaza Garibaldi—a landmark restaurant in CDMX. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Rotating shifts Opening/Day shift: 12 PM to 8 PM Closing/Evening-Night shift: 7 PM until closing (Monday–Wednesday: 2 AM; Thursday–Sunday: 3 AM)
