Junior Production Supervisor

Join our team! A prominent company located in the Toluca Industrial Zone is seeking talent for the position of Production Leader. Requirements * Industrial Engineering degree (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising operational staff. * Availability to work rotating shifts: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. * Residence near the Toluca Industrial Zone or convenient transportation access. * Experience managing operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of 5S methodology and line balancing. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and assign operational staff to each production line. * Prepare incident and accident reports, and follow up on action plans. * Track personnel incidents: absences, tardiness, vacations, permissions, and headcounts. * Verify IDH per line, production quantities, and release corrugated material generated during production. * Ensure finished products comply with correct packaging and customer-required quality standards. * Supervise storage of finished products, ensuring compliance with weight and dimension standards. * Verify that staff adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout the workday. * Prepare daily production reports.
