Our workplace culture fosters professional and personal growth for our employees, offering development opportunities and a collaborative, dynamic work environment. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Business Management, or related fields). * **Experience:** Not required; professional internships or residencies in production areas will be valued. **Desired knowledge:** * Production planning and control. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (preferred). * English (conversational) **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to learn. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Support daily and weekly **production schedule planning and tracking**. * Assist the **Production Engineer** in process control and objective achievement. * Collaborate in the **recording and analysis of production metrics** (efficiency, waste, productivity, etc.). * Support **coordination with supervisors and operators** to ensure proper material and resource flow. * Prepare and maintain **administrative and operational reports** for the department. * Participate in **continuous improvement activities** and propose process optimization initiatives.
