Professional development in international logistics ### **International Logistics Operations Coordinator** **Position Objective** To provide operational tracking of ocean, air, and land shipments for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, payments, and cargo release. **Key Responsibilities** * Liaise with origin offices to review shipments. * Provide quotations and book shipments; verify cut-off and sailing dates. * Maintain constant communication with customs agents to ensure complete documentation. * Manage unit positioning and cargo pickup. * Prepare documentation for shipping lines, airlines, and terminals. * Issue drafts and coordinate Master/House Bills of Lading. * Pre-alert and send documents (commercial invoice, packing list). * Monitor shipment routes and confirm status to clients. * Manage payments and validate supplier invoices. * Close files in the system, including costs and sales. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (60–80%). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in multimodal logistics (ocean, air, and land). * Knowledge of Incoterms, airlines, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. * Experience with logistics management systems. **Competencies** * Analytical and organizational skills. * Assertive communication and sense of urgency. * Teamwork and stress management. * Emotional intelligence and sound decision-making judgment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunity for professional growth within an international logistics company.
