Leader in premium residential developments Ciudad Maderas, a national leader in the construction of Premium Residential Developments with over 39 years of experience in the industry and presence across the South, Central, and North regions of the country, invites you to join our team as: **Installer Technician** Main Responsibilities: * Install structured cabling and security cameras * **Configure access control systems, hydraulic door closers, RFID antennas, and vehicle barriers** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment. * Configure and test network equipment to ensure connectivity. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability of required materials and proper scheduling of installations. * Maintain tools and equipment in optimal operating condition. Requirements: * **Minimum 1 year of experience as an Installer Technician.** * **Valid driver's license.** (preferably Class B) SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Ability to interpret network diagrams and basic electrical schematics. * Access control wiring (Normally Open, Normally Closed, Wiegand connections). * Telecommunications safety standards and working at heights. * Commissioning of access control equipment. * Installation and adjustment of security cameras and monitoring systems. * Vehicle barriers and license plate reading cameras We Offer: * Statutory benefits; * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Paid vacation days. * Vacation premium. * Social Security insurance. * Salary: MXN 13,000 per month (net). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break). * A dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation. * Weekly salary payment. * Indefinite-term employment contract.
