




Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Leader to coordinate teams and execute installation projects for signage and structures, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an Installation Leader with field experience, team coordination skills, and proven ability to execute signage and structural installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring proper installation execution, and meeting deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the field installation team. * Plan and execute installations of illuminated signage, 3D letters, structures, vinyl, and special projects. * Verify proper use of tools, materials, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Supervise work at heights and outdoor work. * Coordinate transportation, timelines, and installation routes. * Report project progress, incidents, and project closure. * Train and guide personnel under supervision. Requirements: * Minimum education: high school diploma (technical degree preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in installation, construction, signage, or related fields. * Experience leading work teams. * Basic knowledge of electrical and manual tools. * Availability for fieldwork and travel. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
