Responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of supplier materials through internal procedures and specifications. * Perform duties in alignment with the organization’s compliance culture and ethical business practices. * Comply with and promote adherence to Baxter policies and the Code of Conduct. * Implement the Baxter Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy. * Verify that products and materials meet material specifications. * Timely follow-up on quality findings, communication with direct supervisors and production lines. * Perform activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Good Storage Practices. * Consider performance indicators according to department/leader objectives. * Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. * Complete regulatory training or other training that enhances job performance. * Meet leadership expectations assigned according to position. **What You’ll Bring to Baxter:** * 1 year of experience in this role. * Proficiency in quality measurement tools such as micrometers and verniers. * Apodaca area (preferred). * Completed high school education. **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
