Job Summary: We are seeking an Injection Machine Technician to execute and monitor injection processes, support mold changeovers, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Injection Machine Technician** **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor injection processes during the assigned shift, ensuring machines operate within established parameters to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Support the maintenance department during mold changeovers, complying with GMPs, and keep process sheets up to date. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, operator training, and compliance with integrated management system requirements. **Requirements** * Electromechanical or industrial engineering degree, or related field (incomplete or candidate). * Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding processes. **Employment Offer** * Rotating shifts. * Work schedule of 4 working days followed by 3 days off. * Two shifts: * 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * All Sundays are paid as overtime. * Gross monthly salary: $16,000 MXN * 4% Savings Fund * 4% Food Vouchers * Eyeglass Bonus * Punctuality Bonuses * Birthday Gift * Productivity Bonuses starting from month 6 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Free parking * Referral program * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
