**EDUCATION:** Minimum completed secondary education.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
1 year in similar roles (private security, intramural security, or institutional surveillance).
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
* Knowledge of and ability to apply institutional security protocols.
* Proper handling of logs, operational instructions, and incident reporting.
* Familiarity with basic regulations related to security, human rights, and dignified treatment.
* Availability to work rotating shifts (24 x 24\).
* Service-oriented attitude and respectful interaction with staff, visitors, and suppliers.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Maintain intramural order and security by implementing preventive and deterrent measures.
* Supervise access control for people, vehicles, and goods according to internal protocols.
* Promptly detect, respond to, and escalate risk situations or incidents.
* Execute containment actions in response to aggression, conflicts, or disruptions of order.
* Comply with security instructions assigned by institutional supervisors.
* Monitor compliance with regulations by staff, visitors, and suppliers.
**SALARY**
Monthly gross compensation of $9,500\.00, with benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
