




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining digital control and up-to-date records of retained materials, samples, and waste, including their secure destruction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital control of retained materials and samples 2. Recording and control of material transfers and disposal 3. Digital reporting of secure destruction Maintain digital control of retained materials in areas, reasons for retention, retention periods, and/or updates. **Maintain up-to-date records of material transfers** Maintain digital control of samples, test items, and outgoing cards for customers, with tracking of the product’s lifecycle (retention period, reason, destination, delivery responsible person, backup O.V.). **Maintain up-to-date records of material transfers or disposal.** Verify during destruction that applicable procedures are followed. **Digital reporting of secure destruction.** Minimum 1 year of experience in controlling and recording waste material arising from the production process of high-security identity or identification documents. **Knowledge of safeguarding waste material from the production process of high-security identity or identification documents.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in controlling and recording waste material arising from the production process of high-security identity or identification documents?
