




Position Summary: Responsible for leading the Human Resources function by implementing sound talent management and labor relations practices to support sustainable growth. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the Human Resources function with sound talent practices. 2. Promote and maintain healthy labor relations among teams. 3. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff training. Responsible for leading the Human Resources function through sound talent management practices—including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, implementation of talent management policies and practices, labor relations, and compensation and salary administration—to support the company's sustainable growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Responsible for personnel management at the workplace, serving as the internal liaison between senior management and various departments of the company. 2\. Promote and maintain healthy labor relations among work teams. 3\. Propose, communicate, and ensure proper implementation of personnel policies and practices, while complying with labor regulations. 4\. Develop and report Human Resources performance indicators to senior management. 5\. Propose and organize staff training and recognition programs. 6\. Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of personnel. 7\. Notify the Administration Department of personnel hires, terminations, and salary changes. 8\. Carry out administrative communication processes to staff. 9\. Promote workplace safety, order, and cleanliness. 10\. Draft and process necessary documentation for personnel hiring or termination. 11\. Support the Administration Department in various activities as required. Salary: $24,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Experience: * Human Resources administration: 3 years (Preferred) * Labor relations: 3 years (Preferred) * Personnel administration: 3 years (Preferred) * Payroll management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
