We are seeking a responsible professional to attract, identify, evaluate, and hire the best talent for the organization, ensuring an efficient selection process aligned with the company’s values and strategic needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and specialized recruitment platforms. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (by phone, virtually, or in person). * Coordinate interviews with department leaders and follow up on the selection process. * Manage and maintain the candidate database up to date. * Participate in job fairs and talent attraction events. * Manage the hiring process, from offer issuance through onboarding of the new employee. * Report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, effective sourcing channels, etc.). **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactivity and results orientation. **Desirable:** Experience recruiting technical and operational profiles. Familiarity with job posting platforms.
