Position Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader with experience in Human Resources for the production and marketing of dairy products, managing recruitment, selection, training, and retention. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Knowledge: * Recruitment and Selection. * Experience in dealing with labor unions. * Training. * Developing personnel retention plans. * Recruitment & Selection and Absenteeism indicators. * High availability of working hours. * Experience with contract terminations. * Interaction with unionized personnel. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Experience with payroll and pre-payroll processing. * Proficiency in HR processes, including payroll, IMSS-related matters, conducting interviews, recruitment and selection procedures, and managing resignations or separations.
