Responsibilities: - Recruitment and selection of administrative staff (mechanics, administrative personnel, cleaning staff, security guards, etc.) - Reporting KPIs and developing strategies to improve workplace climate and turnover. - Onboarding programs for newly hired employees. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies. - Documentation, contract signing management, and continuous updating of personnel rosters. - Other Human Resources duties. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
