




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, selection, hiring, payroll, and general administration of the department, with opportunities for career growth. Opportunity for growth and learning in a positive work environment VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Department: Human Resources Full-time schedule: Monday to Saturday. Main Responsibilities: * **Execution of recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling).** * Control and updating of employee files. * **Support in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.** * Monitoring of attendance records, incidents, and documentation filing. * **General administrative support for the Human Resources department.** * Support in processing IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT procedures * **Support in payroll processing** * And other duties. Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * **Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.** * Familiarity with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot online portals * **Knowledge of Labor Laws, Social Security regulations, and STPS standards** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * **Opportunity for growth and learning.** * Positive work environment.
