





We are seeking an Operational Recruiter / Human Resources Analyst who is organized and experienced in selection processes to join our team. * Key responsibilities: Recruitment of operational staff. Conducting interviews and candidate follow-up. Administration and development of psychometric assessments. Personnel file integration and management. Verification and compliance with hiring filters (medical, psychometric, and socioeconomic). Candidate support throughout the entire onboarding process. * Requirements: Age between 25 and 35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in recruitment and selection or a similar role. Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods. Proficiency in job platforms and employment portals. Clear communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation. Experience in private security (desirable). * We offer: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monthly salary: $13,500 to $15,000.
