HSE Supervisor - Data Center Eosol is seeking an HSE Supervisor with 5 to 8 years of experience implementing, supervising, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and safety procedures on site. Experience in Data Centers or mission-critical facilities will be considered a significant advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site compliance with the project’s established health, safety, and environmental procedures. * Conduct safety inductions, daily safety talks, and specific training sessions for personnel and contractors. * Inspect work fronts, equipment, and activities to identify hazards and ensure implementation of controls and preventive measures. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date HSE reports, work permits, records, statistics, and performance indicators. * Coordinate incident, accident, and unsafe condition reporting, investigation, and closure, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. * Participate in construction meetings, reporting progress, risks, and proposed mitigation measures. * Supervise proper use of PPE, signage, lifting procedures, working at heights, confined space entry, electrical work, welding, among others. * Support internal and external HSE compliance audits.
