Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to leaders, enhance workplace climate, and contribute to talent management within an international company. Participation in talent management and organizational development Junior HR Business Partner Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX On-site \| Full-time Salary: $20,000–$22,000 MXN gross monthly \+ bonuses and above-standard benefits What will you do in this role? \* Provide strategic coaching to leaders and teams. \* Monitor HR metrics and action plans. \* Drive workplace climate, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives. \* Participate in talent management and organizational development processes. \* Identify opportunities for improvement in HR and operational processes. \* Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. \* Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and support talent-related decision-making. \* Contribute to organizational change and continuous improvement projects. Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in generalist HR or HRBP roles. \* Experience in retail, consumer goods, startups, or dynamic environments. \* Experience working directly with leaders and operations teams. \* Knowledge of workplace climate, talent management, organizational development, and labor relations. \* Proficiency in Excel and ATS. \* Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. \* Excellent communication and organizational skills. \* Intermediate English (preferred). \* Willingness to travel.
