Nurse Kevin Martínez) **Location:** Home Care Service (North Zone: Atizapán, Tlalnepantla, Izcalli) **1. POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and excellence in home-based services while representing the values of honesty, punctuality, and professionalism of **GMCM Agency**. **2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Direct Clinical Care:** Administration of medications (oral, IM, IV), wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, medical device management, and assistance with patients’ activities of daily living. * **Documentation and Recordkeeping (Mandatory):** Impeccable completion of the physical service logbook per shift, noting incidents, changes in patient condition, and procedures performed. * **Elite Punctuality:** Arrive at the patient’s residence 15 minutes prior to the start of the shift to receive shift handover. * **Operational Communication:** Immediately report any anomalies or clinical changes to Supervision (Kevin Martínez) and any administrative matters to Human Resources (César León). * **Institutional Image:** Wear the official uniform clean and ironed at all times, and display the agency ID badge visibly at all times.
