General Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance programs, controlling resources, preparing reports, and responding to emergencies in facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of operational failures and emergencies * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and general company services. * Control and manage material resources, tools, spare parts, and equipment required for maintenance activities. * Prepare technical and administrative reports related to performed maintenance, incidents, costs, and resource usage. * Coordinate and supervise services provided by contractors or external suppliers, verifying contract compliance and quality standards. * Promptly respond to and resolve failures, emergencies, or unforeseen events affecting facility and equipment operations. * Assign, execute, and supervise commissioning tasks for off-site projects. * Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance personnel, ensuring scheduled activities are completed and work quality is maintained. MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Microsoft Office Suite * Civil infrastructure maintenance (construction, finishes, waterproofing, renovations) * Electricity and basic electrical networks * Plumbing and hydraulic installations * Air conditioning and ventilation systems * Industrial safety and applicable regulations * Inventory control of materials and spare parts * Basic safety standards * Basic electrical standards * Maintenance, engineering, and production processes * Interpretation of blueprints, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment data sheets * Basic mechanical knowledge * Knowledge of air compressor pneumatics * Basic electromechanical knowledge Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance technician: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
