Proactivity, organization, and basic communication. **Position: General Helper** **Job Description:** Assist in various operational activities within the company, ensuring assigned tasks are performed efficiently, orderly, and in compliance with established quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in maintenance, cleaning, and organization of work areas. * Loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, tools, or equipment. * Assistance to technicians or specialized staff in operational activities. * Basic inspection of equipment and tools before and after use. * Maintain a clean and optimal working environment. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school (preferred). * No prior experience required (or minimal experience in similar roles). * Flexible availability for work hours. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. **Skills:** * Proactivity * Organization * Ability to work under pressure * Basic communication Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
