We seek active individuals with full-time availability and eagerness to learn—people who enjoy teamwork and supporting all aspects of setup. **Location:** Industrial Vallejo neighborhood, Azcapotzalco (a 10-minute walk from Metrobús Norte 59\) **Main responsibilities:** * Assemble and disassemble lights, spotlights, moving heads, LED fixtures, and other lighting equipment. * Install cabling, structures, and supports for lighting systems. * Assist with basic equipment configuration and testing. * Load, transport, and arrange technical equipment before and after events. * Provide operational support during events, ensuring everything functions properly. * Coordinate with technicians, logistics, and production teams for efficient and safe setup. * Gain hands-on field experience under supervision by experienced staff. **Ideal profile:** * General or practical knowledge of lighting, cabling, and equipment assembly. * Full-time availability, especially on weekends and key event days. * Interest in large-scale events and technical production work. * Physical capability to handle loading, transporting, and assembling equipment. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn on the job. * Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team. **Standard working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. * Saturdays: 8:30 A.M. – 1:30 P.M. * During events or special setups, working hours may extend according to operational needs (with compensatory rest periods). **Benefits:** * Monthly net salary: $8,500 * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Free nutritionist service * Complimentary psychological support * Discount card for stores, restaurants, and services * Ongoing technical training and opportunities for professional growth * Dynamic, collaborative environment focused on hands-on learning **IMPORTANT:** You will join as a **General Assistant**, and based on your qualities and skills, you will be assigned to various operational areas.
