Flexibility to support multiple departments and continuous learning. **Company Description** Sika Mexicana Planta Toluca **Job Description** * Accurately and carefully inspect and stack finished products. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Perform necessary loading and unloading tasks following proper procedures. * Promptly report any equipment anomalies or issues to the appropriate personnel. * Support other departments, such as quality control or logistics, as needed. * Assist with general tasks across the facility to ensure efficient operations. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Adapt to changing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience as a general assistant or in a similar position. * Physical capability to perform loading, unloading, and other manual tasks. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment. * Effective communication skills to report issues. * Flexibility to support multiple departments as needed. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt. **Additional Information** Completed junior high school education; proactive attitude at work and strong sense of responsibility; availability to work on Saturdays.
