Teamwork and effective communication **ECOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND SANITATION S.A. de C.V.** invites you to join our team as: **“General Assistant”** **Objective:** Provide technical and operational support in the execution of cleaning services using specialized units (Vactor, tankers), ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cleaning procedures at all service stages: preparation, on-site execution, and closure. **Responsibilities** · Execute the unit checklist upon departure and return, verifying cleanliness, water level, and condition of hoses, tanks, and cables. · Assist the operator/supervisor in reviewing the service order and customer requirements. · Support the operator as co-pilot during transit. · Monitor operations to prevent spills or leaks, maintaining a clean work environment. · Ensure complete service completion, leaving the area clean. · Comply with all safety guidelines provided. **Requirements:** · Education: Completed primary school · Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems · Experience: 1 year of experience supporting industrial cleaning services or similar. · Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. · Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. · Must reside in Toluca or its surrounding areas **We Offer:** · Weekly salary of $2,270 plus overtime · Direct employment with the company · Statutory benefits from day one · Training · Overtime pay · Attendance and Punctuality Bonus ($1,500 monthly) · Birthday Bonus ($1,500) · Semi-annual food allowance · Free uniforms **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including 1-hour lunch break Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,800.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
